- There's no rising time to factor in for this bread, because it's made using an all-purpose baking mix! Serve it up warm from the oven, and let the oohs and aahs begin.

- 3 cups all-purpose baking mix, such as Bisquick
- 1/3 cup honey
- 12 oz Irish stout or other beer
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (not quick cooking), with 2 Tbsp removed and set aside for topping
- 1/4 cup butter, melted

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Mix together the baking mix, honey, beer, and oats in a large mixing bowl. Do not overmix.
Pour the batter into a lightly greased loaf pan and top with the remaining 2 Tbsp oats. Bake for 45–55 minutes. Check the center for doneness with a toothpick: it should come out clean.
Allow the bread to cool for about 10–15 minutes. Brush the melted butter over the top, letting it soak in. Then, remove the bread from the loaf pan and serve.
