Ingredients

  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons {108g} Vanilla Rice Milk Powder
  • 3/4 cup {144g} Homemade Vanilla Sugar {or 3/4 cup {120g} Coconut Sugar}
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon Unsweetened Almond Milk {or "milk" of choice}
  • 2 tablespoons {28g} Coconut Oil, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Preparation

Step 1

Add the rice milk powder, sweetener and salt to a blender.
Blend until it is a fine powder.
Add the almond milk, coconut oil and vanilla to the blender and puree about 2 minutes, or until thick, creamy and smooth.
If you want it thinner, add 1-2 tablespoons of almond milk to the blender and adjust it as needed

*In terms of using this condensed milk, be careful.
If you refrigerate any leftovers it will firm up slightly from the coconut oil, so let it come to room temperature before you use it.
Also used this condensed milk to make Magic Bars and Seven Layer Bars... instead of pouring the condensed milk into the pan over the toppings, you must must MUST stir all the toppings {like pecans, chocolate, coconut} into the condensed milk, otherwise it will just sit on top of the bars like a frosting.
