Pampered Chef Flan Pan Cakes

Ingredients

• Cake Mix:
• Ingredients listed on box
• Pudding Filling:
• 1 package instant pudding
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup cool-whip
• flavoring, if desired - 1/4 tsp extract (almond, vanilla, lemon, etc.)
• Cream cheese filling:
• 2 pkgs cream cheese, softened
• 4 T sugar
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 4 tsp milk

Preparation

Step 1

Use approx. 2 1/4 cups cake batter per pan (1 standard cake mix for both).

Spray pans with Pam and place parchment circle in bottom. Prepare cake mix and fill pans up to 1/2 inch from top.

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, cool in pan for 10 minutes, and loosen from edge, turning out onto serving plate. Finish cooling, and then carefully remove parchment paper. Fill indentation with filling.

Yellow cake, cream cheese filling, canned peach slices
Lemon cake, lemon pudding, fresh strawberries or blueberries
Spice cake, cream cheese filling, apple pie filling/cinnamon whipped cream
