Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups warm water (105)
- 1 tsp. active dry yeast
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- cronmeal

Preparation
Step 1
in large mixing bowl
stir together, water and yeast
let stand 5 min
stir to make sure east is dissolved
in med bowl combine 1 1/2 cups bread flour and salt
add flour mix and oil to yeast mix beat on low speed for 1 min. and on med. speed for 5 min. more
stir in remaining flour
turn onto lightly floured surface
knead a few times will be sticky
place in greased bowl and turn to coat
cover and let rise 2 hrs.
grease 3 large baking sheets, sprinkle with cornmeal
turn dough onto lightly floured surface
cut into 3 equal portions
cover, rest 10 min.
pat each into disk, roll to 11-13" circle
transfer to prepared sheets
prick with fork
bake at 450 about 12 min.
add toppings
bake 8 min. more
