Ingredients
- 4 TBSP Hoisin sauce
- 1 Tbsp minced ginger
- 4 scallions, white
- 20oz ground beef
- 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 egg

Step 1
Preheat oven to 460 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Use 2nd egg if you like. Season with salt and pepper. Form into 1” balls and place on oiled baking sheet. Bake in oven until no longer pink on outside, about 10 minutes. Glaze meatballs with Hoisin sauce. Return to oven and bake until saice has lost some of its shine, about 5 minutes.
