Ingredients
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- 1 t sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- fresh ground black pepper to taste
- 1 c maple syrup
- 1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin

Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients and pour it over the pork in a shallow dish. Cover, then chill in the frig at least 8 hours or overnight.
Preheat grill for med low heat.
Remove pork from marinade and set aside. Transfer remaining marinade to small saucepan, and cook on the stove over med low heat for 5 min.
Brush grate with oil and place meat on grate. Grill pork, basting with reserved marinade, for approximately 15-25 min or until interior is no longer pink.
