Ingredients
- 1/4 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup cubed potatoes, pasta, rice or 1/3 cup barley
- 1 cup carrots cubed
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1 lg can stewed tomatoes
- 1 lg onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1 TBS worcestshire sauce
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 bay leaf

Preparation
Step 1
Cook meat, onion and crushed garlic.
Put all ingredients except pasta or rice in crock pot.
Add 3-4 cups water.
Cook one to two hours.
Add pasta and cook until tender.
Serve with grated parmesan cheese or shredded cheddar cheese on top
