Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 Cups sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 Cups flour
- 2-1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 4 Cups chopped peeled tart apples
- 1 cup chopped walnuts

Step 1
Combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla in bowl and mix well. Combine dry ingredients and add to egg mixture and mix well. Batter will be stiff – use spoon. Stir in apples and walnuts and spread in 13 x 9 greased pan and bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool on rack and ice when cool. Freezes well.
