Chocolate Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1/4 cup peanut butter
• 3/4 cup powdered sugar
• 2 Tbsp light brown sugar
• 3 Tbsp cocoa
• 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
• 2/3 cup finely chopped pecans, toasted

Preparation

Step 1

In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, and peanut butter until creamy. Stir in powdered sugar, brown sugar, cocoa, and chocolate chips. Cover and chill for a least 2 hours or until firm. Shape mixture into ball and roll in chopped pecans. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with graham crackers.
