Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbs Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Veg. Oil
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Minced Fresh Ginger
- 1/4 cup H20
- 4 tsp ArrowRoot
- 6 ea. Chicken Breast
- Steamed Rice or Crunchy Noodles

Step 1
1 Combine Sugar, Soy Sauce, Lemon Juice, oil, Garlic, & Ginger in small SaucePan. Combine H20 w/ ArrowRoot in small Bowl & Stir until ArrowRoot is dissolved. Add to Saucepan & turn heat to High. Stir often while brining mixture to a boil, then reduce heat & simmer for 4 to 6 minutes or until sauce is thick.
2 PreHeat grill on High for the Chicken
3 When Grill is ready, rub each Chicken with oil & cook for 4 to 6 minutes per side or until completely cooked. Will be brown in spots.
4 Chop Chicken into bite-size pieces. Pour Chicken into Lrg. pan over Med. heat. Heat until Chicken sizzles then reduce heat & cover chicken until ready to serve. Spoon Chicken into a med. Bowl, then pour all the sauce over the chicken & stir until well coated.
