Ingredients
- 2 slices bacon
- 1 (16 oz) pkg. frozen corn, thawed and patted dry)
- 2 tea. cornstarch
- 1 tea. sugar
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 tea. salt
- 1/4 tea. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion

Step 1
In a medium skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon, reserving 2 tbsp. bacon fat in skillet. Set bacon aside to cool; crumble.
Add corn to skillet; cook, stirring freque3mntly, for 5 minutes. Sprinkle cornstarch and sugar over corn; stir in cream.
Bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring fr3quently. Reduce heat to medium low; simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Sprinkle bacon and green onion over corn mixture.
Serve immediately.
