Ingredients
- 1 12 12 ounce package fresh cranberries (can use frozen)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar (I used 3/4 cup)
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 cup raisins (I use Golden)
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 tart apple peeled and chopped (I used a Granny Smith)
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 teaspoon ginger

Step 1
Put the first three ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil stirring often.
Reduce heat to low and continue to simmer 15 minutes.
Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients.
If too thick, add more OJ to desired thickness.
Makes 5 cups and can be frozen.
