PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE FUDGE
- 12 OZ package sweetened PB chips
- 14 OZ can eagle brand evaporated milk
- 1/4 C butter
- 1 C semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 C chopped peanuts
In heavy saucepan melt PB chips, 1 cup of milk and 2 TBS butter over low heat. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in peanuts. Spread mix onto wax paper lined 8 inch square pan. In small saucepan melt chocolate chips, remaining milk and butter. Spread on top of PB mixture. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn onto cutting board and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
