- 1 C BROWN SUGAR
- 1 LOAF TEXAS TOAST
- 4 EGGS
- 1/2 C MILK
- 1 t VANILLA
- POWDERED SUGAR FOR SPRINKLING

Preparation
Step 1
MELT BUTTER AND ADD BROWN SUGAR. POUR BUTTER/SUGAR MIX IN 9X13 PAN.
BEAT EGGS, MILK, AND VANILLA.
LAY SINGLE LAYER OF TEXAS TOAST IN PAN. SPOON 1/2 OF EGG MIXTURE ON BREAD LAYER. ADD 2ND LAYER OF BREAD. SPOON REMAINING EGG MIXTURE. COVER AND CHILL OVERNIGHT IN FRIG.
BAKE AT 350* FOR 45 MINUTES.
