COMBINE DRY INGREDIENTS MIX. ADD EGGS AND BUTTERMILK MIX UNTIL BLENDED. DON'T OVER MIX.
POUR 1/4 C ONTO LIGHTLY GREASED GRIDDLE, TURN WHEN BUBBLES FORM ON TOP.
