  • 1/2 CUP FRESHLY GRATED PARMIGIAN0-REGGIANO CHEESE
  • 2 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
  • 2 TABLESPOONS CALABRIAN CHILE PASTE IR RED PEPPER FLAKES
  • 1 TEASPOON GRATED LEMON ZEST
  • 1/4 TEASPOON DRIED OREGANO
  • 1/4 TEASPOON KOSHER SALT
  • 1 POUND LARGE SHRIMP, PEELED AND DEVEINED (TAILS INTACT)

Preparation

Step 1

PREHEAT OVEN TO 425 DEGREES
IN MEDIUM BOWL, WHISK CHEESE, PEPPER FLAKES, LEMON ZEST, DRIED OREGANO AND SALT.
ADD SHRIMP AND MARINATE 10 MINUTES AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.
SPREAD SHRIMP EVENLY ON A RIMMED BAKING SHEET. BAKE 8-10 MINUTES OR UNTIL SHRIMP ARE PINK AND OPAQUE ALL THE WAY THROUGH. SPRINKLE WITH 1 TABLESPOON LEMON JUICE AND 1 TABLESPOON CHOPPED FRESH BASIL. SERVE WITH LEMON WEDGESL.
