Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Wish-Bone Olive Oil Vinaigrette or Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak or lamb, cut into 1" cubes
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 large onion, cut into 8 wedges
  • 1 large green bell pepper, cut into 8 pieces

Preparation

Step 1

In a large shallow nonaluminum baking dish or sealable plastic bag, combine 1/2 cup dressing and mustard. Add meat, vegetables, turn to coat. Cover, or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator for 3 hours.

Remove meat and vegetables from marinade, discarding used marinade. Thread meat and vegetables on skewers.

Grill or broil kabobs, turning occasionally and brushing frequently with remaining 1/4 cup dressing, 8 minutes or until meat is done and vegetables are tender.
