2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
pinch of salt

Microwave chips on HIGH, stirring occasionally, until melted about 1 1/2-2 minutes. sitr in milk, corn syrup extract and salt until smooth. Serve warm or at room temperature.
