Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry white rice
  • 6 TB butter
  • 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled, deveined, & tails removed
  • 3 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 3 TB milk
  • 2 TB chopped parsley
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Garnish: Shredded Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare rice according to package directions. In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add shrimp & cook for 1 minute. Add garlic & cook for 30 seconds. Stir in cooked rice & combine. Add cheese, milk, parsley, salt, & pepper. Remove from heat. Garnish with more Parmesan cheese.
