  • 4 c. 4 c. cubed, cooked chicken
  • 3/4 c. 3/4 c. sliced and slivered almonds
  • 1 c. 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1 1/4 c. 1 1/4 c. seedless green grapes (white)
  • 3/4 c. 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Toast almonds for 3 to 5 minutes; cool.
3. In large bowl, place the chicken, almonds, celery, and grapes.
4. Stir together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add to chicken. Serves 4 to 5.
