Ingredients
- TOPPING:
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas, (about 3 medium)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add bananas and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda; gradually add to creamed mixture. Combine topping ingredients; add half to batter. Transfer to greased 13x9x2-in. baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining topping. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
