Ingredients
- 1 can (15.25 ounces) creamed corn
- 1 can (15.25 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Colby or cheddar cheese
- 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) butter or margarine
- 1 small box corn muffin mix

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 13-by-9-inch pan.
Mix all of the ingredients. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
