Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage or boiled ham cut in 1/4" chunks.
- 2 c. milk
- 8 eggs
- 6 slices bread, cubed
- 1 c. cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt

Preparation
Step 1
Brown & drain sausage. Lightly beat eggs and combine rest of ingredients, adding bread last. Pour into greased 9x13 dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake @ 350 for 45 min. to 1 hour. Sprinkle cheese on top
