Ingredients
- 175 mL or 3/4 cup Frozen Raspberries
- 125 mL or 1/2 cup orange juice
- 125 mL or 1/2 cup pomegranate or cranberry juice
- 125 mL or 1/2 cup 2% vanilla flavour stirred yogurt
- 50 mL or 1/4 cup All-Bran Buds* cereal

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place fruit in blender container.
2. Add juices, yogurt and All-Bran Buds* cereal. If desired, sweeten to taste with a little sugar or honey.
3. Blend until smooth.
YIELD: Makes 500 mL (2 cups).
