Ingredients
- Cake:
- 1 &1/2 C cooking oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 C. sugar
- 3 C. grated carrots
- 2 C. +2 T. flour
- 2 t. cinnamon
- 1 t. salt
- 2 t. baking soda
- Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 1 sq. melted butter
- 8 oz chream cheese
- 1 pkg (1lb) powdered sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 C. chopped nuts (I use walnuts)

Preparation
Step 1
Cake: Mix 1st 3 ingredients together and add remaining ingredients. Mix Thoroughly Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Frosting: Melt 1 sq butter. Pour butter over 8 oz cream cheese. Whip and cool. Add 1 pkg. powdered sugar, 1 t. vanilla and 1 C. chopped nuts.
