Ingredients
- 1/2 jar Cento Sautéed Sweet Peppers
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 2 hoagie rolls
- Salt and Cento Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Sauté peppers with onion until hot. Add eggs and stir until cooked to desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to your liking. Place in hoagie rolls.
