Ingredients

  • Basalmic Ranch Dressing:
  • 1 Head Iceberg Lettuce (Chopped Fine)
  • 8 Strips Bacon (Fried, drained and chopped)
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Green Olives
  • 1/2 Cup Frenchs Fried Onions, crushed slightly.
  • 1/2 Cup Grape Tomatoes, Cut into 1/8’s
  • 1/2 Cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Mushrooms
  • 1 Cup Mayo
  • 3/4 Cup Buttermilk
  • 1 Tsp. Celery Seed
  • 1 Tsp. Chopped Tarragon
  • 1 Tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Clove of garlic, minced fine
  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper
  • Dash of tabasco to taste
  • 1 Tsp. Balsamic Vinegar

Preparation

Step 1





Chop all ingredients and place in a large mixing bowl. In a seperate bowl, mix all dressing ingredients together and whisk smooth. Pour dressing over salad makings and toss to coat.


Spoon salad into a one cup measuring cup and pack down.


Turn over onto the middle of a salad plate and tap. Salad should create a “stacked appearance”
