Step 1

method 1:

brew a tea from the ground cardamom, after steeping the tea strain and dispose of the cardamom sprinkle with cinnamon and add a splash of lemon prior to drinking.

Method 2:

heat some water to drinkable tea temp and add 2 T of apple cider and a t of honey, then drink.

Method 3:
Pour a glass of your favorite juice and stir in 1/8 t of red pepper prior to drinking.
