Bacon wrapped Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 1 lb hamburger meat
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 1 cup panko crumbs
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 egg
• 1 Tbsp steak seasoning
• 2 cups cheddar
• 3 Tbsp ketsup
• 1 Tbsp brown sugar
• Bacon

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all top items and divide in half
shape a loaf and hollow it out
add cheese in the middle (will have to press it down)
put the other half on the top and crimp it together

Mix the ketsup and brown sugar and spread it over the loaf

wrap the whole thing in bacon and bake it at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes
