Huckleberries (Freezing)

Wash and pick clean. Drain well, spread in a single layer on a cookie sheet and freeze. When frozen pack without sugar into glass jars (don't use plastic). This procedure keeps them from sticking together and you can remove the quantities you want much easier. They will keep in freezer for a long time this way.
