PREHEAT OVEN TO 325 F
MEDIUM SAUCE PAN COMBINE SUGAR, BUTTER AND WATER, COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL BOILING, REMOVE FROM HEAT, STIR IN CHOCOLATE UNTIL MELTED AND SMOOTH
MIX IN EGGS AND VANILLA COMBINE FLOUR AND SALT, STIR INTO CHOCOLATE MIXTURE AND SPREAD INTO A 8 INCH SQUARE PAN
BAKE FOR 25 TO 30 MINUTES UNTIL BROWNIES SET UP, DO NOT OVER BAKE
