Ingredients
- 1 cup Karo light syrup
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups pecans -not chopped (6 oz.)
- 1 cup fresh, raw rinsed cranberries (they are found in the produce section in a bag usually)
- whipped topping
- 1 unbaked pie crust

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. After your pie crust is ready, mix first 5 ingredients together in a medium bowl. Add whole pecans and mix. Add cranberries and mix. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Help some of the cranberries to the top of the filling so they will be seen after it's baked. Bake 70 minutes, and let cool for 2 hours. Serve with a dollop or 2 of whipped topping.
