Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c parm
- 1/4 c parsley
- 1/4 c white wine
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp tabasco
- 3 cloves garlic-minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- flour for dredging
- chicken breasts
- 1 TBS olive oil
- 2 TBS butter
- 1/4 c white wine
- 3 TBS lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Combine egg through salt in shallow dish
Pound chicken into 1/4"
Dredge chicken in flour and dip in egg mixture
Heat oil in skillet, add chicken and cook 4 minutes on each side, remove and keep warm.
Melt butter in plan, add 1/4 c wine and 3 TBS lemon juice. Bring to boil, cook 10 seconds. Serve immediately over chicken.
