Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Flaxseed
  • 4 Tbsp Water
  • 1 Cup Gluten-Free Oats
  • 1 19 Ounce Can Chickpeas
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Aquafaba
  • 1 Cup Gluten-Free Bread Crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix flaxseed and water together to make a flaxseed egg and let sit for 5 mins.
2. Add the GF oats to a food processor and process until it is a flour like texture.
3. Add chickpeas, onion powder, garlic powder, aquafaba, flaxseed egg and salt to the processor and process until mixed well.
4. Spread bread crumbs on a plate.
5. Using your hands make a small nugget, cover it in bread crumbs and place it on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
6. Bake at 375F for 25mins flipping them halfway.
