Ingredients
- 2 lbs Rotini, rotelle, or similar pasta
- 4 cans Black beans, rinsed and drained
- 6 cups raisins
- 4 cups chopped green bell pepper
- 4 cups shredded cheese (use combination of yellow and white)
- TEX-MEX DRESSING
- 4 cups mayonnaise
- 2 cups salsa

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook pasta according to instructions, drain, rinse with cold water, drain
2. Mix pasta with remaining salsa ingredients
3. Make dressing
4. Combine dressing with pasta mixture
5. Chill
MAKES: 2 ½ GALLONS OR 80 (1/2 CUP SERVINGS)
