BARBEQUE SAUCE

a dark red sauce with a mild smoky flavor. More smoky flavor can be added if desired.

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups ketchup
• 1/2 cup corn syrup
• 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
• 2 tsp liquid smoke
• 2 tsp prepared mustard
• 2 tbsp molasses
• 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

Step 1

Heat all ingredients together in saucepan. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Brush over steaks.
