  • Ingredients:
  • 4 Ibs Shrimp peeled (10/15 count)
  • Marinade:
  • 2 cups Kahlua,
  • 2 oz. hot pepper sauce,
  • 2 cups honey,
  • 2 Tbls. fresh basil-chopped,
  • 1 1/2 cups salad oil,
  • 2 10 oz.bottles hot sauce,
  • 2 Tbls. fresh thyme-chopped,
  • 2 Tbls. Cajun seasoned salt,
  • 2 Tbls. fresh cilantro-chopped,
  • 2 Tbls. Garlic chopped,
  • 2 Tbls. parsley-chopped.

Step 1

Directions:
Mix all marinade ingredients, add shrimp.
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours (better over night).
Shrimp can be grilled or placed in a large flat baking pan, add
some of the marinade and cook in the oven at 350°. Stir several
times during cooking. Shrimp is done when it turns pink.
Cooked marinade sauce can be used as a dipping sauce. It is
good with hard breads as well.
