Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2-1/4 cups sugar
  • 1-3/4 cups (7-1/2 oz. jar)
  • marshmallow creme
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Measure peanut butter chips into one mixing bowl and the chocolate chips into another bowl and set aside.
Butter 8" square pan.
Combine sugar, marshmallow cream, evaporated milk and butter in heavy 3 quart saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils, then continue cooking and stirring for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Immediately stir half of hot mixture in peanut butter chips and stir until chips are completely melted.
Pour into greased pan.
Stir remaining hot mixture into chocolate chips and again stir until the chips are completely melted.
Spread over peanut butter mixture.
Cool.
