- 2 cups chicken, cooked & chopped
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup cheddar or Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- Salt & Pepper to taste

Step 1
Combine chicken, bread crumbs, eggs, onion, cheese and mayonnaise in a large bowl; mix well. Add salt and pepper; form into slightly rounded patties. Heat oil in a skillet and fry until golden brown.
