No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie
This easy no-bake peanut butter pie is quick to make and has a smooth, moussey texture that is amazingly satisfying.
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 3 medium bananas
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup virgin coconut oil, melted
- stevia extract to taste, or 3 to 4 tablespoons powdered sugar, or liquid sweetener (such as pure maple syrup)

Cooking time 180mins

Blend everything together very, very well. Pour into a prepared pie crust or springform pan (for a crustless pie) and freeze until firm. Thaw before eating.
