  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1-2 cups collard greens, roughly chopped
  • 1 15 oz. can cannelllini beans, drained and rinsed
  • cooked jasmine rice, chopped peanuts, and lime juice for serving
