Ingredients

  • SEASONING MIX:
  • 3 pounds salmon,skin on
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. seasoning mix
  • 2 tbsp. smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp. dried oreaeno
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • AVOCADO CREAM:
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic,minced
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place salmon skin side down on a baking sheet.
2. Drizzle olive oil on the fish then top with a few tbsp. of the seasoning mix. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
3. Blend all ingredients for avocado cream together.
