• 1 large orange, cut into segments
• 1 ripe avocado, pitted, peeled, and diced medium
• 2 tablespoons minced red onion
• 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
• 4 teaspoons lime juice, from 1 to 2 limes
• 1 small jalapeño chile, stemmed, seeded, and minced
• Table salt
