Ingredients
- 4 (5oz) lean center-cut loint shops (About 1/2 inch thick)
- 1 egg white
- 2 tbs unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tbs Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Cooking spray

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat over to 350 degrees
Trim fat from chops, set aside.
Combine next 5 ingredients in a shallow bowl; stir with a wire wisk.
Combine breadcrumsb and paprika in a shallow bowl.
Dip each chop into egg mixture, and dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
Place chops on a rack coated with cooking spray; place rack in a shallow roasting pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes on each side or until done.
