- 3 cups sliced cabbage

- 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
- 1 jalapeño pepper, very thinly sliced
- 1 ripe peeled avocado, sliced
