  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons half & half
  • salt & pepper to taste

Step 1


Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Slowly whisk flour into melted butter. Once you have a smooth mixture, slowly add milk and half and half. Turn heat to medium. Stir to prevent lumps. Heat until thickened.
