CHOCOLATE FUDGE WITH WALNUTS

This is delicious Fudge. It reminds me of Fannie May Fudge. Not difficult to make.

Ingredients
- 1 - 12 oz can Evaporated Milk
- 1/2 lb butter
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3 1/4 cups marshmallows
- 13 oz Hershey milk chocolate candy
- 12 oz package Semi-Sweet chocolate
- 2 oz Bakers bitter-sweet chocolate
- 2 cups walnuts, coarsley chopped
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla

Step 1
1. In a large pan, mix butter, sugars and milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover and let simmer for 5 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and add marshmallows, stir well until dissolved.
3. Add the chocolates, one at a time, stirring until disolved.
4. Stir in nuts and vanilla and pour into a 13 x 17 or 12 x 15 lightly buttered cookie sheet.
5. Refrigerate.
