Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup LAND O LAKES® Butter, softened
- 1/2 cup LAND O LAKES® Sour Cream
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons freshly grated lemon peel
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt
- Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Combine sugar and butter in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add sour cream, eggs, lemon peel and lemon extract; continue beating until well mixed. Reduce speed to low; add flour, baking powder and salt. Beat, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.
Combine powdered sugar and enough lemon juice for desired glazing consistency in small bowl.
Frost cooled cookies with glaze.
