Ingredients

  • 2 medium peaches, cut into 1" thick slices
  • 2 plums or apricots, cut int 1" thick slices
  • 1/2 small poundcake cut into 1 1/2" cubes
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 T brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp grated nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Lightly toss fruit, spices, sugar, and butter in large mixing bowl. Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes. Remove the fruit and roll cake in remaining juices

Alternate fruit and cake pieces. Place on a medium well oiled grill and cook until fruit caramelizes

Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Serve over ice cream or with a dollop of creme fraiche
