Ingredients
- 1/2 pound pork, diced
- 1pound beef, diced
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- 3 cups celery, sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 1/2 cups bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
- 10 ounces water chestnuts

Step 1
Brown meat thoroughly in hot oil in cooker. Add water, onions, celery, bell pepper, salt and pepper. Cover, set control and cook for eight minutes of pressure.
Use natural release method for 5 minutes then use quick release. Add cornstarch mixed with water. Add soy sauce, bean sprouts, mushrooms and water chestnuts. Cook and stir until thickened. Serve on hot rice or chow mein noodles.
